When renting gear from us:

  • You agree to the terms set forth in the Rental Agreement provided at checkout or delivery.

  • You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during the rental period. This can and will include payment for parts, repairs, or the whole rental.

  • Late returns may incur additional fees.

3. Donations

We may accept voluntary contributions to support our mission. All donations:

  • Are non-refundable.

  • Are not tax-deductible, as we are a for-profit company.

  • Are considered voluntary gifts, not purchases of goods or services.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via the methods offered at checkout. We use third-party payment processors Stripe and do not store payment details on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, branding, and logos—is the property of Creating Conscience Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these terms.
